Arlen Jacob
Arlen Jacob is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of On Point Foundation. Mr. Jacob enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1993 as an infantry soldier. After four years of serving Mr. Jacob attended the rigid Special Forces selection process. Through devotion, motivation, and strength Mr. Jacob later earned the title “Green Beret”. Throughout his combat tours in the Balkans and Middle East, Mr. Jacob helped other nations preserve democracy. Mr. Jacob earning multiple high-level wartime and peacetime awards including the Legion of Merit and multiple Bronze Stars, Mr. Jacob furthered his education by being trained as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Microsoft Database Administrator. Mr. Jacob medically retired from the Army in 2009 and founded On Point Foundation to dedicate his life to “helping those who protect us”.
Tim King
Tim King is On Point Foundation’s Chief Operations Officer and is a veteran of the U.S. Army (Reserve) with 9- years of service prior to his honorable discharge in 2003. He has seen service in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Mr. King worked as a Defense contractor from 1998 to 2008. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from the Ohio State University and Master’s Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Criminal Justice. Mr. King has a belief in fitness and the value of sport in people of all ages and abilities, and strongly supports the philosophy and training techniques of CrossFit. He is married with four children.
Eric L. Johnson
Eric L. Johnson is a Director of On Point Foundation’s board. His practice concentrated in aviation acquisition and operations planning, estate planning, wealth preservation and business succession planning, charitable planning, tax-exempt organizations, state and local tax planning, and federal tax planning.
He received degrees from New York University School of Law (LL.M., Taxation, Honors), The University of Alabama School of Law (J.D., Honors), Auburn University (M.B.A., Finance, Highest Honors), and Auburn University (B.S., Economics, High Honors).
His recent Publications include LLCs: Arizona’s Small Business Form of Choice (Tucson Business Journal, 2004). He is also an Assistant Scout Master, Boys Scouts of America, Director, Health Science Research Foundation, and Director, Life Development Institute Foundation
Noelle Corley
Noelle Corley is a Director of On Point Foundation’s Board, On Point Foundation’s Chief Operations Officer, and is a veteran of the U.S. Army with twelve years of service prior to her honorable discharge in 2004. She has served a tour in support of humanitarian operations in Kosovo, de-mining missions in support of Africa, and weapons proliferation in Iraq. Mrs. Corley left service to attend school and attained her Master’s of Forensic Science-Criminalistics track, certification in behavioral profiling, and has completed her academic requirements for a Ph.D. in Psychology. Mrs. Corley continues to work with the Department of Defense in the field of Applied Psychology, behavioral and cognitive profiling, analysis and research in deception detection. She is married with one child and her interests include kick-boxing, surfing, hiking, writing poetry and traveling.
